Kuyamba Ministries brings the African Children's Choir to South Bend on August 14, 2019.
This FREE concert will be held at the Bendix Theatre at the Century Center located at 120 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, in South Bend at 7:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:00. Kuyamba is asking for you to bring a donation of mission supply items for our next trip. These items include small tubes of toothpaste, toothbrushes, first aid cream, orajel, cortisone cream, flip flops and washcloths. Come join us for a special night with the kids of Uganda! Kuyamba is excited to announce that we've officially received our NGO status in Uganda. An NGO in Uganda is a Non-Governmental Organization that is established through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uganda. This is an important and necessary certification for a ministry to have to have credibility with the Ugandan government. This will be a great help to Kuyamba as we break ground on our Kuyamba Community Center this next year in Uganda.
Our land in Wabukwa was also officially surveyed and titled in Kuyamba Ministries name as well. We are excited about the future! The village of Namutumba gives Kuyamba a warm welcome!
Dear Kuyamba Friends,
We have some exciting news to share! On October 22, we are heading to Uganda for our first mission trip! Since we started Kuyamba in 2013, our team in Uganda has held weekly missions in villages, providing medicine, first aid, hygiene supplies, food and more to those in need. The goal of each mission is to help with any physical needs a person may have, and while doing so, build relationships and share the gospel by providing teaching, prayer and the good news of Jesus. We are ready to take the next step! With fundraising and generous support of our ministry, we are ready to purchase land near villages that we serve. During our trip, we will choose a location and begin plans for a building that will serve as a feeding center, STEM school with technology training, a place to worship and bring the community together, as well as a place where we can meet medical needs during mission trips. We believe God will continue to provide all we need to see this vision come to life. We prayerfully ask for your support in helping us get there. If you are able to support us financially, here are a few ways.
We are so grateful for any support you can provide, whether that be financially or with your prayers. You can be a part of touching the lives of people half way around the world. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions or would like to discuss our vision. Beginning in 2019, we hope to take a team with us to Uganda to serve each year. We would love to know if you are interested in joining us in the future. God Bless You! In His Service, Dave and Sara Kuyamba Ministries welcomes Michael W Smith
